First, I use ACA and I always have to put in tax data and accept the plan. I get a card and other paperwork mailed to me. This happens even when renewing the same plan. Second, the government is supposed to be verifying my eligibility via IRS. Lastly, did the person need insurance coverage anyways?

Well, since there is no transparency, will it really happen? If it does happen, we know the corps will just pocket the difference rather than pass the lower costs onto us.
