Couple of options. Look for people who have a room but want a roommate , look for another option or wait until (and if) more rooms will be offered later on.

Sadly the same every year. Hotel booking is a frustrating mess. Though this year probably takes the cake claiming you reserved a room but most likely nothing is available while payment wont work.

The one thing that always goes wrong at this otherwise great con.

Great game though a bit frustrating at times but back in the day it did managed to capture an alien planet and somehow made a living world out of it. If you know prince of persia some sections are a bit more frustratig in comparission i would say.
