Agree. There’s just something about the combination of controls for moving around the board and interacting with the different shapes and elements that feels clunky compared to other whiteboard tools or drawing applications. Feels like the worst of all worlds somehow.

@ralphhawkins.bsky.social really interested to learn more about what you meant by "What happens in Mural...". Did you mean that despite great things happening in online whiteboardings, unless we find a way to bring the actions out into other tools (or point back to them), nothing actually changes?

Thanks for the info.
For me, installing Linux was always the easy bit.
The hard part was installing any actual software that didn’t come included.
tar.gz files, makefiles, dependencies, gcc…
Has any of that changed in the past 20 years?
Where can I go to learn all of that magic?

Maybe we should rename the UN to “The War-o-vision Song Contest”?
I know “song” bit doesn’t really fit, but it seems like most countries vote on merit, and then a few of them just vote for their mates, so… 🤷♂️

I do get the positivity in that song… but I just can’t overlook, “You’ve got no-one to blame for your unhappiness / no, baby, you got yourself into your own mess”.
So this is ALL my fault? Nothing to do with my upbringing? Or environment? Or how I was treated?

Sure, it’s the worst of these countries, but it’s a shame the chart doesn’t play fair with the axes and scales. Better not to stoop to the same level as those that deliberately skew stats.

Trust the process. It will either come back to you, or something new will arise in your mind to fill in the gaps. You just need a bit of time to let your brain do its thing.
