I dont see how boycotting a game has an impact on politics. if you treat everyone that asks a question that way, it's no wonder you feel like you are alone.

So many businesses and events use FB that it seems to be a necessary tool. In some cases it's the only way to get hours and contact info. I had to have it for work.

It is the only social account I have ever had, until now. But hubby turned off the TV on 11/7 and this is my only link to the outside.

I am really frustrated with FB right now. I'm getting crap from every direction. I cannot even locate messages posted directly to my page. Something has definatly changed.

corn tortillas rather than flour, cereals made from corn and oats (ie, O's, crispies, flakes), potatoes and rice. Read ingredients.

If it helps, stick with it as it gets better with time

if it doesn't help, research FODMAP to see if there is something else you shouldn't be eating.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, so everything made with flour - bread, pasta, cookies, cake, pancakes, the breading on fried foods, most cereals, etc., etc.

Try not eating foods made with wheat, barley, and rye for at least a week and see how you feel, then eat something high in gluten.
