1/2lb broad noodles; 2 eggs; 3T sugar; 1/4t Cinnamon; 1/2t Salt; 4T fat; 1/2C chopped raisins; 1/4C chopped walnuts; 3T breadcrumbs Cook noodles; beat eggs with sugar, cinnamon, salt; add noodles. Melt fat and add to mixture. Turn half of mix into well-greased baking dish, sprinkle w/ nuts and raisins, cover with remaining noodles. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 for 45 min
