This! I feel this too. I know the Ds are philosophically split. There are a lot of the Ds who were willing to hold the line, but I believe the D leadership wanted to cave so they can keep padding their pockets with donor money and got the 8 who won’t be as immediately impacted to cave for them.

Financial support/profit from oligarchs? But I still have hope. Maybe it’s misplaced. Maybe I am naive. But I have hope that the American people with awaken from this nightmare and bring back our nation. I have to have hope. 3/3

I so very strongly believe in our system of government (or at least what it was). I am heart broken by the actions of our top court. I am angry at the cowards in congress on both sides of the aisle for abdicating their jobs for what? 2/3

I was a prosecutor, so underpaid that I too was drowning financially. My job was to seek Justice. It was not to prosecute enemies of political leaders. It was simply to seek justice. Don’t cross lines. Do your job. Period. I too am scared especially because 1/3

Schumer shut down, my ass(ets). The GOP control the house, senate, S.Court and White House. If they can’t get the job done w/out the Dems, then the GOP needs to bring something to the table to negotiate with.This is 100% on the GOP and frankly on Trump. He’s the President - the buck stops with him.

They are afraid that their financial backers will stop padding their pockets or their political coffers if they allow the Epstein File info out. The political backers are in the files. It’s always about money and human greed. Always. Hence the old adage, “follow the money”.

I am not a football person. I don’t watch the Super Bowl. I catch the ads online after the fact. I did watch the halftime show last year (epic). If Bad Bunny performs this year, I’ll watch. If not, I’ll only watch if someone with a good voice is reading the Epstein files as the show.

FBI informant? No way. He was a Russian asset. Maybe he was the subject of FBI surveillance because of his sexual predations but there is zero chance he was an informant for anything in our government. Hearing Johnson say these obvious lies makes me think of…..
