Two Trauma-Informed Care Projects

Update on TREC's Manager Resilience Project

From September 22nd–26th, TREC hosted 2 separate in-person workshops for the Manager Resilience Project, with approximately 80 managers attending the week’s training.

The TRACE (Trauma Research for Adverse Care aides’ Experiences) Survey aims to understand how care aides’ exposure to life event trauma and traumatic/adverse events in the work environment affect their mental health, burnout and intention to leave.
