The Maine State Bird, the black capped chickadee, is very similar in appearance. They are also gregarious feeders who will do almost anything for black oil sunflower seeds!
I’ll have to go check these out

All dogs should play what’s in the box every day!

Boxes have paper packing materials, freeze dried chicken, and beef cheek rolls at the bottom because it’s ridiculously cold out and we have to do indoor things so Momb doesn’t freeze.

🌈 Milo- he was larger than life. He’s been gone a few years now but leaves a giant pawprint on my heart. He was the best uncle to Ted and Bart, the tiny lions. I hope Charlie Brown gets to say hello to him 💔🐾
(Crap- memories are rolling down my cheeks a lot these days)

Any Lakes Region or Oxford Hills Maine peeps, please share. This vehicles has been involved in multiple thefts, including vinyl siding that was to be put on a local vets office and a snow plow. Both loyal small businesses. If you see the truck, please alert the authorities (and flatten a tire?)

In today’s tiny lion update-
Bart is feeling much better and can do the stairs all by himself. He also ate his potassium laced wet food all by himself. Looks like it’s helping him get his muscles working again for sure.
