This tricks a bit with the optical characteristics of the pinhole camera. This isn't actually a river at all, but just a stream about 3 meters wide and maybe 30 centimeter deep between two dunes. And it´s basically just rainwater after heavy downpours.Capturing it from a low angle creates an illusion.

Meine Situation ist auf jeden Fall auch deutlich prekärer geworden. Sekt statt Champagner, und bei meinen Kaviarorgien lass ich auch schon mal das Blattgold weg.Harte Zeiten!

Time is limited from the day we are born. But that feeling gets a different impact when we realize that we have already consumed more of it than there is left for us.

Inspiring someone is actually the best thing you can achieve with photos, I think.

Thanks David. Ari is a clever guy for sure and you´re right, what I´m doing is the opposite approach. For me pinhole photos are not a representation of a supposed reality. It´s more about letting these simple optical apparatus reveal what the eye cannot see.

There's not much to tell. I knew what I wanted, and it took me countless attempts to get it. The water, the washed out sky,the flock of geese in formation...and even the color editing.
