You say you're gonna say hi to peeps and stuff, but between the bad press for Substack, the paywall, the really dumb countdown to announce the expensive Substack, I'm gonna pass. Plus this is a bit petty, but the last time I was suppose to get a "hi", I got nil. Didn't do it for that but still...

I still had people get mad when I was doing outbound, which is where we cold call people to let them know they had fraud on their card. Like it was our fault they had fraud.

I had so many people get mad that I asked for their card number when they had just plugged it in. But it's just how it is. Plus csrs get paid shit. But I literally couldn't find anything after college. I only got the job because my dad works for the company I was at. And it was horrible.
