Who the heck thought it was a good idea to clutter the spine of a book with recommendations? It’s absolutely atrocious! It makes it harder to read the title and author.

My February reads were a bit different from my usual. I picked up two books outside my favorite genres—one was okay, but the other… easily the worst thing I’ve ever read (so far). I’m pretty sure I suffered severe brain damage.

Even though this was one of Le Guin's earliest works, it reads incredibly well—and her writing only improves from here. I love the descriptions and the character insights. Everything that happens leads to another piece of story. It feels very rewarding.
