Just a hunch . . . but I bet Juan Orlando Hernández, a man known for taking $1,000,000 bribes from drug lords and who, himself, trafficked in billions of dollars of cocaine, had enough money lying around to buy a pardon from the crassly transactional and greedy, Donald J. Trump.
