For sure! The DS version was a blast, so the console port has to be just as good if not better

Oh man, I still have a link cable for the GBA we used for Mario Kart (if I recall correctly). Squirtle is definitely my favorite Gen 1 starter. Blastoise wipes the floor with the other final evolutions of Gen 1.
