Realtime OSTIA goes back to 2007, the reprocessed is 1981 to Jan 2024 (at last check). If you're worried about baseline climatology going that far back you could always calculate the bias between the two datasets

OSTIA and the Canadian SST product are usually the best (OISST tends to get horrible biases and I advise not using it if possible)
