The Order is also designed to push this Administration’s particular ideology into AI systems. It creates arbitrary and politically motivated goalposts such as a prohibition on laws that require the alteration of “truthful outputs” based on whatever the this Administration deems to be true.

The Executive Order is clearly designed to bully states into removing any guardrails on the use of AI through legal threats and cutting off Congressionally-mandated funds.
