I’m incredibly excited to support for my Ward 5 #A2Council colleague, @jenncornell.bsky.social, in her campaign for re-election. She is a public servant who leads through honesty & integrity. She is guided by her values. She puts in the work and she gets shit done. 🧵1/4
Oh, hey, #a2council, here we go again. I have been fortunate to represent Ward 5 since 2022 and am asking you to elect me to represent you for another four years starting in 2026. a2jenn.org for more info, to support my campaign secure.actblue.com/donate/reele...

It is incredibly important that #A2Council adopts a Comprehensive Land Use Plan that addresses exclusionary zoning & embraces housing opportunity.

But don’t just take my word for it. Listen to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (@warren.senate.gov) & Fmr. HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge: youtu.be/41zdcPJcTuM

As a result, the City has unveiled a new centralized website to host all of our Dashboards, Maps & Datasets, and make them fully accessible the public!

Enjoyed walking around the Farmers Market with @debbiedingell.house.gov this morning before a @moreneighborsa2.org Walking Tour!

You can find Debbie there most weekends listening to neighbors & checking in with vendors. We’re lucky to have a Rep. who is so accessible & connected to our community.

It was nice to see #A2Council colleagues and celebrate the opening of Broadway Park West! The reclamation and cleanup of this space ensures the Huron River will be open & accessible in the heart of #AnnArbor. Thanks to the Lowertown Riverfront Conservancy for their dedication to making this happen.

Gun Violence remains too prevalent in America. Hatred remains too prevalent in our politics. We can & must reject both.

#GunViolence is not how we should solve political disputes, nor should it be acceptable in our schools, nightclubs, communities, or places of worship…

We can & must stop this.
