assuming theres a “they” (open to it) I don’t think it includes any of the guys who came from the tv

it got to the point that when I was testing for the restaurant I decided to *only* make the vegan version of some things (sausage, pesto, caesar, ranch) and nobody ever clocks it

grew up in the company of a lot of vegans and have lived in all vegan houses, it really forces you to figure out what makes non-vegan stuff taste good and how to recreate it without animals
