Note the SAM split does need tape or cabric bandages to work - but it's moldable to fit various needs and stores compactly.

Not generally considered a must-have for first aid, since the general concept is to solve immediate issues while seeking professional medical attention. Not a primary vital sign basically.
I think I’d get more use out of a cheap infrared one in the auto kit personally.

Those Apache cases are great! I have one that I use for camera stuff for traveling. "Shoe Goo" works well for glueing the foam together.

AED prices still seem too high for my budget, though I'd like to have one for my diving stuff. I do carry O2 though, but that can be problematic to source for many, and has other storage and use challenges.

Yeah, I missed the Alt Text until after I posted a reply. My bad. Nice approach, regardless. I need to pull my kit out next week when I re-up my diving first-aid/o2 training and evaluate it, since I didn't originally put it together.

Tape of various sorts? (Improvised bandage retention, splint creation, etc. CPR Mask? Trauma shears, pliers/cutters? Sterile saline solution. Space blanket?

John Williams nearly fell into our laps off the stage a few years ago when we saw him with the Baltimore Symphony - he kinda stumbled coming off the podium a bit, and we were in the front row center.
