I see a lot of folks gleeful that MAGA factions are attacking each other, but remember that backstabbing your way to the top is very common in corrupt states. Be mindful that whoever is the craftiest and most immoral tends to rise. Then we're left with them in power.

Kareta et al: The 2024 "temporary second moon" (all the rage a few weeks ago) is likely a piece of the Moon. This is only the second near-Earth asteorid (the first being 469219 Kamo'oalewa) for which such an origin seems likely. The Moon won't fall anytime soon, but fragments of it might...😄🔭🪐🧪
