Re today's announcement on ZEV-in China, where reasonably priced EVs are the norm...82% of consumers are planning to buy at Battery or Plug-in Hybrid as their next vehicle, noting that China has "transitioned from 'regulatory push' to 'consumer pull'.”

Canada's National GHG Inventory Report is out: between 2005 and 2023, there has been some important progress on electricity, heavy industry, buildings and waste and others...but oil and gas, ag and transportation emissions are growing or steady.
