Still trying to recreate David Chang’s Momofuku Bo Ssam dish. This time around I used the following recipe cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1219...

Last night's dinner!

Tried J. Kenji Lopez' Alt's reverse sear process and IT WAS PHENOMENAL! (I'll post the video below!) I parboiled, crisped, and herbed some golden potatoes, and also made a burrata caprese salad with prosciutto and arugula! #food #foodie #delicious

These #glutenfree crackers are really good. If you’re looking for a replacement for wheat crackers this is not it but I can recommend some for that purpose. But as its own type of snack these are quite yummy, especially dipped in hummus.
