Colin and Beto should not run. Allred was an excellent rep, but ran a shit campaign last time and can’t win. Beto is great behind the scenes organizing and GOTV. He needs to engage there. Crockett and Talarico are gems. I wish both didn’t run so we could consolidate our power in just one of them. 🤷♂️

The GOP is salivating with the possibility of dumping the ACA. That means a limit on coverage for medical treatment of costly diseases like cancer, etc. will be reimposed. And you won’t be able to buy insurance if you have a preexisting condition. No free preventative care either. Wake up people!

One thing I remember to this day about the time I saw Marley (in 1979) was that we all (the audience) knew we we were witnessing something very special. You could almost feel that physically. The crowd was SO engaged the whole show. Easily among the most memorable shows I’ve ever seen.

They really needed an extra guitarist when performing live, but Jimmy Page was apparently a notorious cheap ass and didn’t want to pay for that. So they went with a sound that couldn’t match the density of their studio recordings due to all the extra layers added in the studio.

I saw Bob Marley and he totally rocked the house. I’ve also seen Led Zeppelin. Sometimes they were great and on their game and other times they were sloppy and perhaps on something that wasn’t their game.
