I hear you. I am embarrassed to admit my mom was this way. She was a bit racist, yet didn't want others to look down on her for the same reason. It's probably one of the many reasons I was never taught Spanish and was never exposed to the culture.

I was on the back steps of the court house watching a gentleman's guitar because he wanted to join the march. It was wonderful to see as a bystander and I got emotional.
It was wonderful to see so many veterans and people from all walks of life out there. <3

I have an acquaintance whose sister made the newspapers you see in the show. I just got to read a few a couple weeks ago. They are clever.

I was at the town center of my little town when a group of about 600 protestors circled and marched. It was truly emotional. I wish they were all gathered together for what I did vote for.
