Love this advice. And may I add...for whatever you do have on your phone...turn off all notifcations. The freedom from the little red bubbles of high numbers is SO refreshing.

I simply have no words. The number of times safe surgery has required more time than I anticipated is more than I can count. There is no ethical, rational explanation for this. Wow.

I am guilty of the trap of thinking I have to have a large block of time...but I try to use the "touch it every day" concept. Maybe some days get an hour, some days get 5 min. But every day is progress. I also have a paper due soon and I need to get it to my co-authors. Thanks for the challenge!
