It is wearing a pair of boxers, and there is body hair scattered across the torso and thighs. There are scars on the upper arms, thighs, hips, as well as top surgery scars on its chest. In the middle of the chest is an anatomical human heart. Across the stomach are the words "creation is mutilation to the unenlightened", although they're difficult to make out. The print itself is on a black rectangle, with all lines being white with the exception of the heart, which is red.

I'm being forced to learn Procreate for school and so far the best part is the liquify tool because it makes it very easy to create weird and strange self portraits.
