Fortunaly for me, Ive already got a therapist who's helping me find specialists because she isn't one but knows where to send me. I'll post my headmates when I get them done because maybe I've got friends who don't feel seen and wanna find a new way to cope 💕 Art imo is a good coping mechanism.
