Discovery I made today. My workplace is not the place to be trans. I will have to find different work in the new year.

I'm feeling very eh about the time of year. For the last 4 years, December has been very traumatic. It's hard to expect this year to be any different.

I can't speak when I'm shut down. Which sometimes can be helpful. It allows me to retreat. Unable to speak due to this flu/cold also equally helpful. But I do want to game with voice chat right now 😭

I'm getting a cold/flu since #audhd diagnosis and I know it's gonna be more awful and annoying than every other time because of my new self awareness.

The problem with having work that is time driven and without structure is a hellscape for my day's off. I have to fight my brain to do my things even though they will take up the time before I start work again. Confusing, and I don't know if I felt this before I did family caring.
