We honestly should've just kept cars to the racers and used trains instead, it's so much better for the environment probably. I'm no expert, but less fossil fuel powered coffins on the roads (which also look like shit) is better for our planet in the long run

Driving in one takes so damn long and it's boring, most motorways or whatever they're called in other countries never have anything cool on them, the seats are never comfortable, and they're expensive as shit and have long stupid names

(9) it's certainly seems like a throwaway change at first, right? But with the continued emphasis on the colours pink and yellow in recent chapters, it looks less like a fun change, and more like a hint to look closer at the Donut guy, and maybe Muffet too, as pink and yellow imagery is there too.

(8) You see, Donut guy was one of the NPC to return from Undertale to DELTARUNE. All three of the characters the Gaster gang was based on returned in some way. But there's something about Donut guy's change that should raise eyebrows, as I hopefully explain in the second section of the theory board:

(7) first off, Donut guy's appearance. Both donut guy and Friend sport some big ol' grin in some way, and Donut guy definitely looks almost feline in appearance, no? Pointed ears, what seem to be whiskers near the face, and long slender limbs. But there's somehow a further link in this chain...

(6) but there's also another section of the image that seems a bit... Far fetched. The seemingly baseless claim that Donut guy, the guy who has at most three lines of dialogue, is in some way related to the infamous Image_friend character. This may seem ridiculous but somehow there's evidence for it

(5) You see, the obvious thing that comes up with the Donut guy is that they're used for a Gaster NPC, the one that talks about shattering across time and space specifically, but if we look at this section of my theory board, the animations just don't track:

(4) And that's the Donut guy found in the bake sale room Muffet runs. I know, I know, "they're just a NPC used to flesh out Hotland! There's no WAY they have lore significance!" Well, sorry to say, you're wrong. Very wrong, in fact, but I don't blame you for missing it.

(3) edited significantly. Again, I'm unsure how heavy Muffet is to the Gaster stuff is outside of this (if you have ideas feel free to let me know) but outside of Muffet, I've also noticed that there's another character people have written out entirely when it comes to lore implications and such.

(2) than people think and also that we, as a DELTARUNE community, have swept her aside for seemingly no reason. As of now I'm unsure of what this lore importance actually is, but she has in my opinion the most direct tie to Gaster, seeing as the garbage noise sound effect is actually her laugh
