I actually did not even feel it. I only knew because my mom freaked out when she saw it crawl out of my ear. Just knowing it was in there was traumatic enough for me lol

The joke's basis is misogyny; it "reduces" a man to a woman. You can convey what you are saying by, as someone else suggested, calling him "president musk." There is no need to feminize his name to convey that.
