What I find disturbing is that they are allowed to use the term "Gaming", but I don't see the UK Parliament getting a grip of them while they have links into Parliament like this.

Whether or not the items declared previously under the missing categories are included or not in the 14th Edition of the Code of Conduct, this change makes analysis of House of Lords members declarations harder.

A form from 2023 includes a separate category for Directorships and today's guidance, which has mergered directorships under employment, which was distinct.

Something seems to have changed on the Members Registered Interest API that has caused some issues at Transparency Towers.

The field that has represented the category ID for the last couple of years is now a record ID of some sort.

Why I think self-hosting is a viable alternative. Horses for courses, obviously, but what's wrong with microcomputer on a fibre connection provided by TalkTalk.

We now have nearly 100 times more confirmed interests than we did on Friday. They are mostly those declared since the last election, thanks to the new API.

Before the introduction of the new API feed, this weekend, we have 28,904 unconfirmed parliamentary Register of Interests declarations on Transparency First, meaning we have used NLP and matching to identify thier counterparty entities.

That wasn't on a black background on the preview. 🤦

Was talking to somebody at Digital People last week about what apps we really need and the "When is my bus coming?" app came up. I said I'd seen a QR code at the bus stop that claimed to do just that. I tried it this morning.
We still need that app.
