The right to defend yourself is based on threat, if there is no threat you don't have a defence. We know she is talking about trans women, but stating their presence is 'the' criteria to use violence isn't legitimate and would never stand up in court. Unless GC's lie and they will, they've said so

MLA's in NI had their meals subsidised to the tune of 1.5 million since 2020, £600,000 of that was when there was no assembly. These people earn a basic minimum wage of 52,000. Disgraceful misuse of public funds. Yet those bigoted members complain about trans healthcare, which is a basic human right

I've been quite sad about Ozzy Osbourne. He was an ally, funny, an icon and a legend. He created the music genre that I love. I was lucky to go to a few of his concerts, I spent days trying to get tickets for the last show. He will be sorely missed. #OzzyOsbourne

This is essentially a prod vigilante group in East Belfast. They patrol the streets and are putting people out of parks etc, mainly due to the colour of their skin. They follow people home. I wonder what percentage are responsible for DV in their own relationships. But it's about women and girls.

Trans people in Northern Ireland. Know your rights as they are protected under the Windsor Framework. The SC ruling is not applicable to NI because the EA doesn't cover NI.

This is what linehan has been pushing for on his Twitter feed. The GC group who were amongst the trans supporters were taking photos of signs in order to report them to the police. They want you prosecuted because if you are a trans woman, there is potential to be remanded in custody.

Be mindful folks when you are at protests. We know from previous marches that transphobes have attended under the guise of supporters, they've posted photos mocking this. They'll try to encourage you to either say or do something they will use against you.
