From November 11–17, the global sangha will gather for this resounding, celebrating the inaugural anniversary of the Thousand Buddha Temple. As 84000 marks fifteen years of translating the words of the Buddha, we are deeply honored for our translations to be part of this offering.

For 84000, this Lhabab Düchen also marks a historic milestone: for the first time, the full collection of our translated sūtras will be recited in English—joining voices in Pali, Chinese, and Tibetan—at the Buddha’s birthplace in Lumbini.
