This sounds like church leadership…a generational divide and unwillingness to learn how things change as we learn more and see things “as they really are” will be the death of so much.

This wasn’t my first time tenderizing the thinly cut beef, or feathering it, but it was my first time “passing through oil” effectively, and my gosh it added up to some righteous textures and flavors. Pepper Steak and Beef & Broccoli with plain Lo Mein!
