Durant missed many games last year. He will continue to decline. If and when he’s on the court he may or may not be efficient in Ime’s stagnant offense. Jalen will get better every year for the next several. Brooks shot 40 percent from three last year, but his primary value is as a defender.

I think it’s more that in the popular imagination jailhouse justice, or whatever it’s called, is very common. That is, people think sex offenders get shanked a lot. Is that not the case? Could it not have happened to Epstein. Indeed, was it not likely?

Some NBA teams are realizing that building chemistry and culture over years is more important than snagging big names. As a rockets fan I’m sad that they’re not one of them. They come in 2nd in the west and break up the band cause of one bad series. Foolish.
