An award-winning crowdsourcing initiative led by the Bentham Project, Faculty of Laws, University College London, engaging people in the transcription of the manuscripts of Jeremy Bentham (1748–1832) for a new edition of his Collected Works.
Everyone at the Bentham Project is extremely saddened to learn of the recent death of Professor William Twining.

Currently sitting in the Bentham Committee, hearing about Transcribe Bentham's ongoing progress. In total, 90.3% of the material on the Transcription Desk has now been transcribed! TB keeps trucking on... entering final stages to get the whole collection transcribed, maybe finished in 18 months...?
