I have decided to be more gentle with myself. I often beat myself up because I don't feel like I'm moving fast enough in school or because I struggle finding the time to write, but I think it's time to give myself some grace. All things considered, I'm doing ok.

I really like it up here in Massachusetts, but I have been feeling homesick lately. Missing the friends and family I left behind in Texas.

I went and visited the library here, and it is incredible. In Massachusetts, they actually fund their libraries, which means you can do things like check out a ukulele. Texas just has sad libraries.
