what helped me stop the cravings was i still had the pack of smokes i had before i went to hospital at home, so any time i was really craving a cigarette, i reminded myself that i had smokes at home. by the time i got home to smoke, the craving was always gone.

honestly i had to go to hospital for a week because my kidneys were shutting down and then i went to my mum’s to recover for a couple of weeks. when i went home, it had been 3 weeks so i figured i’d try to keep it going. (1/2)
