If anything the anti trans campaign thinks about the state of being trans far more than any actual trans person, they obsess over us in the same way sexual predators do their victims group, why is that?

I hope you mean that it was “simply not good enough” that the trans community was refused permission to intervene by what looks externally to be a biased court.
If it’s none of those then you as simply part of the problem and complicit in the hate campaign against the trans community.

I hope you mean that the government needs to fix the mess that the Supreme Court ruling has left in its wake. Far from the clarity that some claim, it leaves the U.K. in breach of European Court rulings.

I hope you mean that the guidance needs to be scrapped, a public inquiry into the action of the current chair and commissioners at the EHRC actions have been repeatedly criticised for targeting trans people for discrimination.

If you think the EHRC guidance was going to bring anything other than an outright assault on the lives of trans people to live and function in society then your wrong.
Better for the government to correct the EA2010 to explicitly place trans people into there affirmed sex as intended with the GRA.
