Possibly, it’d be tough but I think it’d be worth it for a more “realistic” feel. I’ve seen some people use some sort of fabric that gets slippery when wet so they get the feeling of “soft stomach lining” and that could be cool

Honestly no clue lol, something like yours would be pretty good. Prey tight but you can move around a bit. Tho it’d be nice if it were possible to make the inside have more folds like the actual stomach lining. It’d be cool to reference my stomach for it haha
