All of the above! We’ve just had time to educate ourselves on what is good & bad for our bodies. Eating healthier, taking care of our skin, exercising (which I need to do more of), etc. Growing up, breakfast was like Poptarts, sugary cereal, eggs waffles every morning. We’ve learned to moderate!
