Not the same thing at all. The Holden twin-cab ute was still pretty much normal-size. These monsters are a different category altogether. I've yet to see one that's got some mud or dirt or a few scratches on it to show that it's an actual working vehicle.

As per usual in just about every case, it’s the big “consultants” who took BOM for mugs and charged like wounded bulls for very ordinary results.

Strong piece. Seems to me that many/most of these people are using this aggressive christianity as a convenient cover for their own megalomaniac intentions.
