Why does today need to be April 1st? Today is one of the happiest days I can think of because I just found out I got accepted to University to get my MBA and when I excitedly tell people I need to preface my statement with "this is not an April Fools joke". Oh well, it's a small price to pay!

Work has been really rough recently. It feels like anytime I make any forward progress I immediately am forced to take 2 steps back usually because of something the company did to me. At least video games have been amazing in 2025 so I have something to get me through it like Marvel Rivals and KCD2

Finished up my unit of Kasrkin. They took a little while longer than I expected but I think it was worth it. I think the sniper is the best model I have ever painted and it came out perfectly. I especially love how the camo cloak came out. #Warhammer #40k #Imperialguard

I had an awesome weekend playing Marvel Rivals and was even able to group up with some friends and play together. It did reinforce my belief that the person who jumps in voice/text chat to complain about others is almost always the problem. Nothing like being told by the 0/5 your trash #MarvelRivals

I had a bad day at work yesterday so I painted my Stabba's and Loon Boss. So I have now completed the Gloomspite Gitz Spearhead and am ahead on my goal of one unit a week. #AOS #AgeofSigmar #Warhammer

Meet the very first unit I have painted for 2025. My goal is to paint a unit every week until my backlog is finally done. Meet the Squig Hoppers bounding into battle they kinda just hope they are able to cling to their mounts all the way until they make contact with the enemy.

I am putting this out into the world so that hopefully I actually keep up with it. For 2025 I want to paint a unit every week from Warhammer/Age of Aigmar until I actually work through that pile of shame. So far I am about 2/3 done my Squig Hoppers and I hope to get them finished this weekend.

Got to Platinum in Marvel Rivals before the New Year. I absolutely adore this game. It is so much fun and all 33 characters feel unique and different. I can't wait to see where this game goes. Plus watching the tournaments has been fun.

I have a massive new found respect for Spider Man players in Marvel Rivals. I tried playing him against the AI on normal and I was so bad. I think I was 6/5/0. Anyone who is good at that character is GOATed as far as I am concerned.

Marvel Rivals is soooo good. It's like Overwatch 1 again but even better. I am even playing ranked and I never do that in games. I hope they continue to support it well.

So I have been playing way too much Marvel Rivals and while the game is amazing I have just one ask. Jeff players. You can spit your allies out before you jump off the edge of the map in your ult. Please stop taking me to our mutual death.

Finally finished painting up my new Chimera and 2 Hell Hounds for 40k. Not my best work but they came out pretty good.

I swear the second you are trying to find a specific thing in an open world game it becomes the rarest thing on the planet. I have spent like 3 hours looking for a perfect common badger to make a satchel in Red Dead 2 and I have found 2 and accidentally ruined them both times and maybe 2 others.

I started playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 and have been really enjoying my very first playthrough. I am surprised with these old RPG's how many different ways there are to complete a quest. Plus the writing in these games is just top tier.

I saw a Tesla Cyber truck in person for the first time today and I literally burst out laughing it was so ugly. I don't think you could pay me to own one of those things.

I decided to be extremely relevant so I played and beat Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic for the very first time. While very buggy and the gameplay was terrible, I was genuinely surprised by how good the story was. Old School BioWare writing was really amazing.
