Make replacement theory real. A Hispanic mother who crawled over razor wire to give birth here deserves citizenship more than the president.

...you think Mrs Vance doesn't know what he is? She's every bit as rotten as he is. The myth that women are too oblivious/innocent to understand their spouses needed to die with Eva Braun in that bunker. They all know and are complicit.

English is a very imprecise language. See also the Gay Fanfiction Problem.

Pretty busy, yeah. You don't say "out with the men". You say "out with the boys". "Girls' night out" etc...

There will always be scarcity; the only ones saying otherwise are delusional leftists or someone selling something.

That said, just because there is scarcity doesn't mean it has to be expensive. Housing and energy should both be affordable *and* decoupled from env destruction.

But women are girls.
November 15, 2025 at 4:08 PM
So your point is that we shouldn't push for affordable housing/energy... because some guy you don't like might benefit from it a well? That makes no sense.

Is this just engagement bait?
November 15, 2025 at 4:06 PM
Doesn't that chart go against your point, that despite cars getting heavier & more people driving, fewer people are killed per year?
November 15, 2025 at 3:47 PM
Can confirm. My parents specifically chose a heavier car because they knew my sister and I would be learning to drive in it and their #1 priority was making sure we would walk away from a crash. The other guy in the accident would be a distant second.
November 15, 2025 at 2:40 PM
Completely agree. The point of bidding housing is for people to live in them and build strong & resilient neighborhoods
November 15, 2025 at 2:08 PM
That is applicable to any form of wealth management.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. They'll happily stop as soon as Russia stops the invasion.
November 14, 2025 at 10:07 PM
Why, though? They're still corporate run and dependent on the market performance. They give companies leverage over you if you try to leave or retire early, and can be modified after the fact in court. Meanwhile a 401k is completely out of the control of your company.
November 14, 2025 at 6:21 PM
Yes it is. $2k/mo, compounded annually at 6%, 8%, and 10% over 30 years (so if you start at 35 until 65) gets you to > $2m. That's more than enough for many people, especially if they have their house paid off at that time.

All the people who sat out 2024 need to realize this is the direct result of their inaction.

Very pretty! Original character?
November 14, 2025 at 4:15 AM
How does that explain institutions shorting the stock for the last decade+... Not to mention why Musk/Tesla and not something like Ford or Boeing that was much more established

November 13, 2025 at 1:29 PM
Hmmm is it better to sign without reading (what is done today) or sign after reading a (potentially false) AI summary?
November 13, 2025 at 1:29 PM
That's not real...right?
November 12, 2025 at 12:16 AM
Sure, it's not perfectly inelastic, but it's pretty damn unrealistic when *that* is the alternative.

But even so, you can see how that is bad for the original place, right? Those people are no longer contributing to the original areas' economy & society.

Charitable explanation: empathy is a weakness and they have been getting drowned in pleas for help from people getting evicted because they already burned through their savings and need to get paid.
