While I like Matt Wilkinson, but what if Steven Kynman was the CGI voice actor for Rusty reusing his title character voice from CGI Fireman Sam (even though I heavily despise it, but hearing it in a vid called Cartoon Characters sounding like Thomas characters had me picturing that Welsh accent).
