Yeah, I got in on the ground floor of the free file from the IRS, and it was great. I know they were threatening to kill it, but the website is inconclusive about whether they actually did. Guess I'll find out come January 🙃

And they basically had to sacrifice two entire leagues - a full level of the minor league system - to make that happen! Some 1400 jobs (including both players and staff) in the system gone just to get everybody paid. And the minor league minimums are still below poverty level! It's fucked up!!

(I think knowing there are outliers actually helps keep me from obsessing over it. I know the number is skewed by them, so it doesn't really matter!)

Lol, yeah, that's why I only do start date and finish date. I like having the numbers include my ~average time for reading a book, even though I know that there are definitely ones that took me way longer than usual which are outliers adn should not have been counted, etc.

I log start and finish dates on mine because I like knowing how many days it takes for me to read something. I don't do daily page updates though - that feels like work
