Tough way for the season to end but still so proud of these boys. Great season. Great seasons just don't always end the way you want. Gotta keep adding and try and get back there and break through that barrier.

Say what you want about the rest of the series. They shouldn't have had to play 7 games. But In game 7 where it all mattered the most, the one decision Dan had control over. He failed. Bazardo had been great, but you cannot put him in there with how much they'd seen him given your other options.

The Seattle Mariners have given up just 3 grand slams this season. 2 of them were hit by Eugenio Suarez and Josh Naylor who both now play for the Mariners. The third? Hit by former Mariner Jake Fraley.

The last few days as a Seattle sports fan has been rough lol I thought we had it bad with the mariners offseason but now they're the team I'm most optimistic for in the immediate future. 🤷‍♂️

Is this a move that helps the M's in 2025? Marginally, sure. In a vacuum it's a decent signing. Fills some needs for the team, didn't have an everyday role last year so we'll see how that plays out. Just can't be the most notable move of the offseason. Need at least one big get before opening day.
