In 2022, Labour said it was “wrong, immoral and damaging” to drop human rights from Gulf trade talks.

The government's recent trade strategy offered continued support for the ISDS system. This was hugely disappointing, and now looks completely untenable. The time is ripe for a clear rejection of the ISDS system.

We need to get it out of the UK's investment agreements with 80 other countries...
