The Affordable Care Act is not insurance. It is a law that set some rules for how insurance companies had to operate. The premiums are set by the insurance companies, not the ACA.

We can do that now. Does he not know that the Insurance Marketplace is just a tool to allow you to easily see your private insurance options? Giving us the money doesn't change the premium.
