She’s a big lass and a bonny lass and she likes her beer.

Pro: Europe, Rioja, Choice, Vax, PR, Cheese, Newcastle stuff, Frank Sidebottom and Angela Lansbury.

Anti: Fascism, Racism, Toryism (isms in my opinion are not good), Inequality, Water Chestnuts.
Haha - they’re gonna lose their shit when they learn about the pensions…

It’s the kidnappers who should be scared. Sophia’s from Sicily after all…

It’s pronounced “Bouquet”.

Bit like Randy Andy using his mummy’s money to pay 12M to someone he’s never met…

The very idea of us reading the same stuff is laughable (been together 14 years).

I really enjoy how @zackpolanski.bsky.social seems to treat each attempt to bash him as a tasty little snackette to give him a little energy boost.

I've not yet seen anything competently criticses anything he stands for, just who he is + appearance. They have nothing and must be desperate for dirt

I can attest to this. It’s been my method of choice since having my first child five years ago, when I’d frequently forget to eat “first toasted” crumpets.

Exactly. He’s (quite rightly) terrified of @zackpolanski.bsky.social

Aside from you being right on the nose about opinion columns, did this lazy hack even consider for a second that perhaps it’s just that we see fewer people reading actual books, which is why it seems “performative” when we do see folk doing it? FFS. I’m so tired.

More Christmas Eastenders talk @soozuk.bsky.social. Stop teasing us!

This just made me realise it’s almost time for Sooz’s Eastenders Xmas Catch Up! I honestly look forward to it each year🎄

Agree. I’d almost forgotten about this odious little toad after leaving “the other place”.

Like everything up here, it depends what side of the street you live on! Haha!

Some say “kep-ya”.
Some say “keep-a-ya”
Some say “kep-ia” (this is how I say it, but my mum is Scottish so I say everything a bit differently anyway!)

I can’t stop thinking about that woman with the “grinning husband” from earlier this week. What a horrible situation to be in.

Grew up on Kepier Chare. I didn’t realise how odd a name it was until I left the local area and mentioned it other folk.

Remember from school it was named after the hospital of Kepier at Durham that owned land in the village in 1500s. The word kepier had something to do with “fish traps on a weir”.

I totally believe this.

The thing I love about a Peter Vaughan film is he always looks the same no matter what decade it’s from!
