He is very much a con man. I don't think he knew what BREXIT he wanted. In fact it's all been about making money for himself and his backers.

Parliament has the sovereign authority to legislate this change before the next election. Any argument for delay—including the complexity of a referendum—is simply an excuse to protect the existing power dynamic that is failing the country.
